FTPX-2 Seamless Track Displacement Monitor
1.Measuring Principle:
The seamless track displacement monitor measures rail creep using a long-distance non-contact photoelectric conversion method. Specifically, a red paint mark is made at the measured point on the rail, and the main unit is installed on the displacement observation pile. The optical imaging system in the main unit measures (monitors) the displacement changes of the measuring point. The system can set sampling intervals and transmit data wirelessly or via cable, making it suitable for unmanned monitoring.
This system is installed on the displacement observation pile, and it is compact with a weight of only 0.8kg. There is no need to install any equipment on the rail, only requiring red paint marks on the measuring points, which will not affect train operation in any way.
Using this product to measure the displacement of seamless track rails reduces the skill requirements for operators. The operation is very simple, time-saving and efficient, and only one person can complete the detection work independently.
